Blaney Carnan Solicitors / Macdonald Henderson Limited

We are writing to let you know that as of 1^st March 2024 all the current business of Blaney Carnan Solicitors will merge with the firm of Macdonald Henderson Limited, Standard Buildings, 94 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6PH.   Going forward the firm will be known as Macdonald Henderson Solicitors.   Macdonald Henderson are an award-winning, full-service law firm, and are based in the same building as Blaney Carnan Solicitors, in the heart of the City of Glasgow.

As part of this process, any documents that are held on your behalf, such as wills, title deeds etc, will transfer to Macdonald Henderson.   If you have a transaction that is ongoing such as a house purchase or sale, that will transfer also, and be completed by the team at Macdonald Henderson.   Mr Paul Carnan will remain with the firm, as a Consultant, for the foreseeable time.

If you are happy with this arrangement, you do not need to do anything and Macdonald Henderson will be in contact with you directly in due course.

If, however, you would prefer to make other arrangements, please get in contact with us at info@macdonaldhenderson.co.uk and you can uplift the documents we hold on your behalf or we can send them to a different law firm when we are in receipt of a mandate.  If we do not hear from you by 29^th February 2024, your documents shall be transferred to Macdonald Henderson on 1^st March 2024.
